About these terms

These terms apply to every trip booked with Pune Mumbai Taxi Service, whether the booking is made through this website, on WhatsApp, or by phone. By confirming a booking with us, you accept these terms.

We are a chauffeur-driven outstation taxi service operating from Pune and Mumbai across Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, Telangana and Madhya Pradesh. Our registered address is Near Mai Niwas, Ghule Patil Nagar, Pandurang Industrial Area, Nanded, Pune, Maharashtra 411041.

Booking and confirmation

• ●Filling in a form on this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your trip is confirmed only when our desk replies with a fare and confirms availability.
• ●Bookings are subject to vehicle availability on your travel date.
• ●Please share the correct pickup address, contact number and travel time. Delays or failed pickups caused by wrong details are not our responsibility.
• ●For airport transfers, share your flight number so we can plan around delays.

Fares and payment

Fares shown on this website are indicative and may change with season, demand and fuel prices. The fare confirmed to you on WhatsApp or by phone before travel is the fare that applies — that is the number we honour.

What the fare includes

• ●The vehicle, fuel and a verified chauffeur for the trip
• ●Standard tolls on fixed-fare Pune–Mumbai routes, where stated on the route page

What is charged separately

• ●Tolls, state border tax and permits on routes where the fare is quoted excluding them, including all Goa routes
• ●Parking charges at actuals
• ●Driver food allowance of ₹400 per day on multi-day trips
• ●Extra kilometres beyond the package limit, and any detour or additional pickup you ask for during the trip
• ●The Atal Setu toll of ₹250 on South Mumbai routes that use it

Round trip packages

Round trip packages are billed on a minimum of 300 km per day on per-kilometre routes, or on the stated package limit for fixed-package routes. A 2-day trip is calculated on 600 km, a 3-day trip on 900 km, and so on, regardless of the distance actually covered. Kilometres are counted from the garage or pickup point as agreed at the time of booking.

Payment

Payment is accepted in cash, by UPI or by bank transfer. An advance may be requested to confirm bookings during peak season or for multi-day trips. The balance is payable at the end of the trip unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellation and changes

Plans change and we try to be reasonable about it. Tell us as early as you can.

If we have to cancel a confirmed booking from our side for any reason, we will tell you as early as possible, arrange an alternative vehicle where we can, and refund any advance paid in full.

During the trip

• ●Waiting time beyond 30 minutes at pickup may be charged, so please be ready at the agreed time.
• ●Passenger and luggage capacity is limited to the vehicle booked. Extra passengers or oversized luggage may require an upgrade at additional cost.
• ●Smoking and alcohol are not permitted inside the vehicle. Any cleaning cost caused by spillage, vomiting or damage is payable by the passenger.
• ●Illegal goods and prohibited items must not be carried. Our chauffeur may end the trip immediately if he suspects otherwise.
• ●Route and rest stops are planned for safety. Our chauffeurs follow legal driving hours and take breaks as needed; please allow for them.
• ●Belongings left in the vehicle are your responsibility. If something is found we will try to return it, but we cannot guarantee recovery.

Vehicles

We provide the vehicle class you book — Sedan, Ertiga, Innova/Kia Carens or Innova Crysta — not a specific make, model, colour or registration number. Where a booked vehicle becomes unavailable, we will provide an equivalent or better vehicle at no extra cost.

Delays and events beyond our control

Journey times shown on this website are estimates based on normal conditions. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by traffic, road closures, weather, ghat conditions, mechanical breakdown, accidents, strikes, protests, government restrictions or any other event outside our reasonable control.

If a vehicle breaks down mid-trip, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. Please plan a buffer for flights, trains and time-critical appointments.

Liability

Our vehicles carry the insurance required by law. Our liability for any claim relating to a trip is limited to the fare paid for that trip. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights, missed meetings, lost bookings or consequential costs.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Complaints

If something goes wrong on a trip, please tell us on WhatsApp or by phone within a reasonable time, ideally within 7 days. We will look into it and respond. We would much rather hear from you directly than see the problem in a review.

The content, design, text and images on this website belong to Pune Mumbai Taxi Service and may not be copied or reused without permission. Fares, distances and journey times shown here are indicative and may change without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from a booking or from use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. The terms in force at the time of your booking are the ones that apply to it.
